- 一、论坛简介 Introduction
为促进海内外优秀青年学者的学术交流和深度合作，华东师范大学计划举办2019年度青年科学家（学者）国际论坛，并依托各学部（院、系）设立不同学科和领域的分论坛。通过专题报告、学术研讨与实地考察，促进海内外优秀青年学者与华东师范大学的交流合作。论坛至今已成功举办三期，来自海内外多个国家和地区200余位优秀青年学者参加交流讨论。计算机科学与世俱杯sjb官网分论坛旨在为海内外高层次优秀青年学者搭建一个学术交流的平台。
To promote academic exchanges and in-depth cooperation between outstanding young scholars at home and abroad, ECNU has taken the initiative to host the annual international forum for young scientists (scholars). During this period, the university's faculties, schools, and departments will also host sub-forums based on different disciplines and academic areas. Through invited speeches on specific topics, academic discussion, and on-the-spot investigation, the forum aims at enhancing the participants' understanding of ECNU. By now, the forum has been successfully held for three times, with more than 200 participants from various countries and regions. The sub-forum for Computer Science and Software Engineering is held by the School of Computer Science and Software Engineering (SCSSE), aiming for establishing a platform for better academic communication.

三、报名条件 Application Requirements
青年科学家（学者）年龄一般在35周岁以下，具有海内外知名高校、研究机构博士学位，在所从事的学科前沿领域取得突出的学术成果，并具有重要影响力。
Applicants should be aged below 35, with a Ph.D. degree from prestigious Chinese or foreign institutions of higher learning or research institutes. They should have made outstanding academic achievements in the frontier areas they engage in, and have an important academic and social influence.

五、差旅与住宿 Travel Reimbursement and Accommodation
学校为受邀参会的青年学者提供往返机票的报销（欧美地区最高报销1.2万元人民币/人，其他国家及地区最高报销0.6万元人民币/人），国内受邀者往返旅费按国家相关财务规定实报实销。学校将统一为受邀者安排论坛期间的免费食宿。
ECNU will reimburse round-trip air tickets for invited participants (up to RMB 12,000 yuan/person for participants from Europe and America and to RMB 6,000 yuan for participants from other countries and regions). Travel expenses for invited participants from China will be reimbursed upon presentation of original receipts based on the relevant state financial policies. Accommodation during the forum is free and will be arranged by the university.

计算机科学与世俱杯sjb官网成立于2015年9月，由华东师范大学软件学院与计算机科学技术系合并而成，是国家首批35所示范性软件学院之一，也是全国师范院校中唯一获准成立的示范性软件学院。由中国科学院院士何积丰教授任院长。学院拥有一级学科博士点2个，博士后流动站2个，拥有从硕士、博士、博士后完整的学科体系。学科发展效果显著，软件工程学科是学校双一流重点建设学科，入选上海市一流学科（B类），在第四轮教育部学科评估中位列A档（全国前5%），计算机科学与技术学科位列B+档。学院下设五个系一个中心，拥有教职工200余人；学院拥有全日制在读学生2100余人。
The School of Computer Science and Software Engineering (SCSSE) was founded in September 2015 by merging the former Software Engineering Institute and the former Department of Computer Science and Technology of Information School. It was one of the first 35 national demonstrative software schools and also the only one approved among the normal universities nationwide. Professor HE Jifeng, an academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, is the current dean of the school. With 2 first-level discipline doctoral programs and 2 mobile stations for post-doctors, the SCSSE has built up a complete educational system for bachelor, master and doctoral students. The School has made remarkable progress in discipline development. Software Engineering has been listed as the ECNU's developing "Double First-class" disciplines, and ranked high in Shanghai (B class). In the fourth MOE discipline evaluation, Software Engineering achieved A-class (top 5% of the nation), and Computer Science and Technology was listed as B+ class. SCSSE has five departments and one Computing Center. There are more than 200 faculties and a current enrollment of around 2100 full-time students in SCSSE.
